Cancel your order requests can be completed in 2 simple steps.

  1. If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund once confirmed.
  2. If the parcel already on its way to you, please reject the parcel or we will confirm this and help you to arrange a return.

Return/Exchange requests can be completed in 3 simple steps.

  1. Read through and ensure that your order fulfils the basic criteria for a return/exchange request.
  2. Fill up basic information & order information.
  3. Wait for 1-3 business days for the instructions to proceed onto the next steps.
Do prepare photos and videos of the key reason why you are looking to conduct a return/exchange request. The more information you provide, the smoother and faster this process will take.
 
We typically respond to such requests within 1-3 business days depending on the amount of information provided.
