Klarna payment plan: Pay In 3

How does it work?

Pay in 3 splits the overall cost of your purchase into three equal sums with zero interest and zero fees.

The first is taken at time of purchase, with the second and third payments taken 30 and 60 days respectively.

Minimum spend of £35, maximum spend of £800 for first time users (£1,000 for existing Klarna customers). The application does not affect your credit rating.

Set up in four easy steps

1.Proceed with the checkout process by entering your contact and delivery details
2.On the payment method screen, select ‘Pay over time with Klarna’
3.You will then be directed to the Klarna account setup and payment page. Choose ‘3 interest-free instalments’
4.Enter your payment details, click the ‘Place Order’ button to finalise your order

Returning your order

If you return your goods, Klarna will automatically reduce the amount you owe.

If you already paid for a refunded order, Klarna will refund the balance back to your original payment method.

Will I be notified about my installments?

Klarna notifies customers with payment reminders via SMS and email before each payment is due.

When is my first Klarna payment due?

Your first payment of 25% of the total purchase price is due at the time of checkout. The remaining three payments will be billed automatically, every two weeks from the first payment date.

Can I pay off my Klarna installments early?

Of course! You can log in to Klarna's official website and then choose the order you wish to pay off early on Customer Portal.

Is there a fee to use Pay later in 30 days or 4 interest-free installments?

There are no fees when you follow the payment schedule. Please review product terms for applicable fees.

What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your mobile phone number and your e-mail address. The mobile number is required in case Klarna need to reach you. All statements will be sent to your email address. It's very important, that you give the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information and so will be liable for delayed payment fees from Klarna.

What are my payment options with Klarna?
You can pay with debit or credit card (Visa/Mastercard) immediately in the checkout or take advantage of our Pay later payment option, where you can pay for the goods once you have received them via card.

I haven’t received an email with my statement/payment information.
Please contact our Klarna’s Customer Service he re. They will be able to provide you with the payment details. Please note we cannot answer any questions about your Klarna payment. You must contact Klarna themselves to discuss your statement/payment information.

May I deliver to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. When selecting Klarna as a payment method, you can choose to deliver the goods to an address other than your billing address. At the checkout, you will be given the option to enter a separate delivery address.

Have you received my payment?
After Klarna have received your payment, they will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, please get in contact with Klarna’s Customer Service with a proof of payment. You can contact Klarna’s Customer Service.
Please note we cannot answer any questions about your Klarna payment. You must contact Klarna themselves to discuss your statement/payment information.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?
If you would like to return goods or cancel your order, then please get in touch with the iHoverboard customer service team. You must also contact Klarna’s Customer Service who will make any necessary adjustments to the statement and provide further help if needed.

I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?
As soon as Klarna have registered your cancellation or your return, the repayment will be processed within the next 14 days (usually 3-5 working days). If you have any queries about a refund, please contact Klarna directly on 020 300 50833.

What happens to my invoice, when I’ve returned the goods?
Once the return is processed and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement will be sent to you if you've made a partial return. With a full return, your statement will be closed. This information will be issued by Klarna.

I’ve received an invoice, but I’ve not yet received my goods
You should of course not pay your statement until you've received your goods. In this case, contact Klarna and outline this & the statement can be paused. You should also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment.

How will I be refunded?
If you have paid for your order with card, the refund will be made back to the same card.

Does Klarna impact my credit score?
Klarna may run a soft credit search that does not affect a customers credit score and is only visible on your credit file by you and Klarna. Neither Klarna nor iHoverboard run credit searches that could impact your credit rating. This includes at the point of application, if a payment is missed, or if the outstanding balance enters a debt collection stage.
