How do I start the e-bike?

Press and hold the "M" button for 3 seconds to turn the e-bike on or off.

How do I change the speed mode?

The U4 model has four speed modes. Press the "+" button to increase the speed and the "-" button to decrease the speed. In the power-off state, hold the brake lever and press the "M" button for 5 seconds to change the speed mode to 35 km/h.

Why am I not achieving the speed/maximum performance I expected?

Several factors can affect the speed and performance of an electric scooter:

· Rider weight: A higher rider weight may affect the scooter's maximum speed.
· Terrain and slopes: Riding on hilly or uneven terrain may reduce performance compared to a flat road.
· Battery charge: A low battery may cause the scooter to limit speed or power to save energy.

Settings or riding mode: Check if your scooter is in a specific mode (e.g. Eco mode) that limits maximum speed and power. Switching to Sport mode or a more powerful setting may help.

If the brake pads are badly worn or damaged, they should be replaced to eliminate the noise.

· Damaged brake pads or brake discs:
If you find obvious damage to the brake pads or brake discs, such as deformation or severe wear, they need to be replaced.
Please check your brake system for any of the above problems. If you are not sure, please send us a video or picture of your brake system so that we can help you further.

The E01 code indicates a controller failure and a new controller needs to be replaced.

What does the E02 error code mean?

The E02 code indicates a communication failure. You need to check whether the connection between the instrument and the controller is normal. If the connection is normal, you need to check whether there is a problem with the instrument and the controller.

What does the E03 error code mean?

E03 code represents Hall fault:
1. Motor Hall fault
2. Check whether the waterproof connector (nine-core connector) on the side of the motor wheel is loose and in poor contact. Unplug the connector and reconnect it. The fault disappears.
3. Check whether the connector between the controller and the motor extension cable is loose. Unplug the connector and reconnect it.
4. If the fault cannot be eliminated, replace the motor wheel with a new one.

What does the E04 error code mean?

E04 code indicates accelerator failure:
1. Check whether the accelerator is pressed without rebounding when the machine is turned on. If there is an error, it is normal and the problem can be solved by releasing the accelerator
2. Check whether the accelerator connector is loose, unplug the accelerator and reinstall it. The fault disappears
3. If the fault still cannot be solved, the accelerator needs to be replaced

1. Check whether the connector between the motor and the controller is short-circuited or damaged. If it is damaged, repair the damaged circuit to eliminate the fault.
