Very good service arriving in a couple of working days. It was easy to assemble and fold up to put in the car. My only criticism is, when it is folded it can rest on the chain guard so it could do with a small support at the bottom of the seat tube thus keeping it clear of the chain. A great little bike which I use for work every day and only charge it once or twice a week

I’m going to use it for work. Had a quick try on it. In the dark, after having a drink!! Not to be copied!!!! And I was only biking round an estate not on the road.
After seeing Gordon Ramsey’s injuries I’m defo gonna get a helmet. Which is proving awkward as I have a v big head!
Would highly recommend.
Easy to put together, clear instructions with the handbook supplied.
Just need some fine weather and I can be on my merry way! :)

I shopped for a long time and read a lot about the subject before purchasing this bike. He is perfect ! Assembly is easy. The bike is quality and works really well. I did 25 km today in assistance and my battery is still full. Good acceleration.
