1. How to change the speed to 28mph (45km/h)?

The steps as follows are to adjust the top speed of the scooter:

1). Open the electric lock
2). Press the power button to turn on the scooter
3). Press and hold Power and horn buttons for 5-8 seconds to enter the mode setting interface
4). Press the horn button and the display reads P30(low-speed mode), press M to switch to P31(high-speed mode), and press S to return to P30(low-speed mode)
5). Press the power button to save the settings to high-speed mode: 15 km/h, 30 km/h, 45 km/h.

Note:After mode is set, wait about 5 seconds and the mode setting will be saved automatically and it will exit the interface.

The E10 error code indicates a communication error with the dashboard. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check the Cables: Inspect the assembly cables connecting the dashboard and the controller to ensure they are properly connected and not damaged.
2. Disconnect and Reconnect: Turn off the scooter, disconnect the assembly line interface, and check if the plug is tilted or loose. Correct any issues and then reconnect the plug securely.
3. Power On: Turn on the scooter and check if the E10 error code still appears
If the error persists after these steps, the problem may require replacing the dashboard or the controller.

4. What does the E15 error code mean?
The E15 error indicates a Hall sensor error in the brake lever. Please ensure that the brake lever is fully reset. You can also try unplugging the electronic brake line, restarting the device, and troubleshooting the issue.

If your scooter experiences automatic shutdown or engine stall while in operation, please start by checking for any signs of loose connections at the battery and controller terminals.
