Normal use in light rain or small puddles

Continued support after the initial warranty expires
-

🔧 After-Warranty Support (6–12 Months)
If your Scooter or Hoverboard is between 6 and 12 months old—that is, it's beyond the standard warranty but not yet 12 months since delivery—you may still request our repair support:
-
Return postage to us is covered by the customer; we'll handle the return postage back to you after repair.
-
You only pay for the labor and replacement parts, which are reasonably priced.
-
To get started: email support@ihoverboard.com with your order number, issue description, and visual evidence (photo or video). If eligible, we'll send return instructions and handle the diagnosis and repair.
-
Our technician will confirm needed parts, provide a parts quote, and upon your approval, proceed with the service and return shipment.
This ensures you continue to receive helpful after-sales support, even just past the warranty window.
❌ When Your Warranty May Not Apply
Your warranty does not cover the following:
-
Repairs for consumable parts, such as tires, brake pads, cables, headsets, or bottom brackets. (This includes both free and purchased parts.)
-
Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage.
-
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, reckless or intentional behavior.
-
Signs of improper use, storage, or maintenance, as outlined in the user manual.
-
Any modifications, disassembly, or repairs done with non-original parts or by an unauthorized person.
-
Lack of valid proof of purchase, including serial number and purchase date.
Please note: Hoverboard go karts are considered accessories and are not covered under the standard warranty.
