Shipping Costs& Tax
Tax is charged by Customs offices in destination country based on their rules and policies. customer is responsible to find out the situation in their country. Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Shipping and Delivery EstimatesWe ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often the day you order it or the day after, but there are situations where it may take longer. If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. All estimates are based on business days.
If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery destinations, you may receive separate order shipments. Delivery will typically take 2 to 3 business days. When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days after receiving shipping. Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivering carrier.
Our PromiseWith iHoverboard, you can be sure of consistent, electric scooter that meets the high quality and safety, delivered in spec and on time. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused and undamaged and all packaging, labels must remain intact and be attached with the item. If your item is found to be faulty within 180 days, you have a 180 days manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.
14 Days No Reason ReturnsIf you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 14 days from the date of delivery. For all eligible returns, item(s) must be unused and undamaged and labels and tags must remain intact and returned in their original packaging. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.
We can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will then process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs(£45), to your original method of payment. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3 business days.
